Payment Terms

Lessons are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Students are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged in full, except in cases of emergency at the teacher’s discretion.

If the teacher cancels a lesson, an alternative session or lesson credit will be offered.

Persistent late cancellations may result in a review of scheduling arrangements.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not issued for missed or late-cancelled lessons outside the agreed notice period.

Alternative arrangements such as rescheduling or lesson credit may be offered where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the 14-day cooling-off period following acceptance of lesson terms.

All refund requests will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
